1. 服務與營運者

腳印星球由 Heicy Technology Limited 營運，聯絡電郵為 info@stepplanet.com。服務協助家庭安排任務、確認成果、記錄積分、心願、徽章及成長。五行夥伴目前僅為開發預告，孵化、養成、星幣、裝備及試煉尚未開放。

2. 家長與孩子

家庭帳戶由成年家長或有權監護人管理。家長負責向孩子解釋怎樣使用服務，以及哪些資料會與家庭成員分享。孩子透過家庭碼加入，不需提供自己的個人電郵；孩子端的確認不是家長法律同意的替代。

3. 帳戶與家庭碼

請提供你有權使用的資料，妥善保管帳密、家庭碼及家長邀請碼。家庭碼由系統隨機產生，家長端不提供自選或修改。請勿冒用他人身份、出售代碼或未獲授權存取其他家庭。

4. 任務、積分與內容

家長與孩子共同約定適合的任務及獎勵。積分是家庭記錄工具，App本身不提供兌換現金或跨家庭轉移。請使用暱稱，照片以任務成果為主，避免加入不必要的個人資料或未獲授權的他人內容。你保留自己內容的權利；我們只為提供服務所需而處理內容。

5. 手機管控的適用條件

手機管控需要相容的Apple裝置及適用系統授權。家長保存設定後，仍需孩子裝置同步及回報；等待同步不代表已生效。系統授權、網路、裝置狀態及Apple限制可能影響使用。服務不能代替家長照顧、緊急協助或醫療及教育專業判斷。

6. 私隱與權限

資料使用詳見私隱說明。相機、相簿選取及手機管控在實際需要時按功能分別處理；閱讀或接受本條款不等於給予所有系統權限，也不包含營銷同意。

7. 目前收費狀態

目前尚未提供App內訂閱或星幣購買。任何將來的收費、體驗期限及續訂安排，會在開放前另外清楚說明並取得所需確認；本次確認不會開始扣款或自動續訂。

8. 停止使用與刪除

你可停止使用服務，並在帳戶設定提出刪除。家庭建立者刪除自己的唯一家庭時，會一併刪除相連的家庭資料；其他家長刪除自己的帳戶時，家庭資料保留給其餘成員。雲端刪除不保證孩子裝置上已生效的系統限制立即解除，刪除前請先按管控停用流程處理。使用條款或私隱說明的確認不得阻擋既有帳戶的刪除及支援入口。

9. 變更與適用權利

服務可能因維護或更新暫停。重大條款或資料用途變更會在App內提示，並在需要時再次請家長確認。本條款不排除適用法律不允許排除的用戶權利或責任。問題及資料權利查詢可聯絡 info@stepplanet.com。

1. Service and operator

Step Planet is operated by Heicy Technology Limited. Contact: info@stepplanet.com. It helps families arrange tasks, review results, and record points, wishes, badges and progress. Five Elements Companions is a development preview; hatching, care, Star Coins, equipment and trials are not available.

2. Parents and children

An adult parent or authorised guardian manages the family account and explains the service and family sharing to the child. Children join with a family code without providing a personal email address. A child's acknowledgement does not replace parental legal consent.

3. Accounts and family codes

Use information you are entitled to provide and protect passwords, family codes and parent invitations. Family codes are generated randomly; parents cannot choose or change them. Do not impersonate others, sell codes or access another family without permission.

4. Tasks, points and content

Parents and children agree suitable tasks and rewards. Points are a family record: the app does not provide cash redemption or transfers between families. Use nicknames and photograph task results. Avoid unnecessary personal information or other people's content without permission. You retain your rights in your content; we process it only as needed to provide the service.

5. Device-control conditions

Device controls require compatible Apple devices and appropriate system authorisation. Saved settings still need the child's device to sync and report; waiting for sync does not mean applied. Authorisation, networks, device state and Apple restrictions can affect operation. The service does not replace parental care, emergency assistance, or professional medical or educational judgement.

6. Privacy and permissions

The privacy notice explains data handling. Camera access, photo selection and device controls are handled separately when needed. Accepting these terms does not grant every system permission or consent to marketing.

7. Current payment status

In-app subscriptions and Star Coin purchases are not available. Any future charges, trial periods and renewal arrangements will be explained before opening and require the appropriate confirmation. This acknowledgement does not start payment or automatic renewal.

8. Stopping use and deletion

You can stop using the service and request deletion in account settings. A family creator deleting their sole family also deletes the related family data. Another parent deleting their account leaves family data for the remaining members. Cloud deletion does not guarantee immediate removal of restrictions on a child's device; follow the control-disable process first. Acceptance screens must leave existing users a way to delete their account or contact support.

9. Changes and applicable rights

Maintenance and updates may interrupt the service. Material changes to terms or data purposes will be explained in the app, with renewed parent confirmation where needed.
